At DawoodDesigner, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your item isn't a perfect fit, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Our Studio

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
